Event details: Ireland’s largest Christmas festival taking place annually in Waterford City across 19 magical days and nights. Average annual attendance of 500,000+ visitors. Established 2012.
Project details: Best in Fest appointed by Waterford City & County Council as Festival Co Directors 2021 – 2023. Overall project management and delivery including event curation, programming, PR & marketing, social media management, sponsorship, site layout and management, post event reporting.

Event details: Celebrating the culinary heritage & culture of Waterford and the South East taking place annually in September across a 3 day weekend. Average annual attendance 65,000+. Established 2009.

Event details: Ireland’s largest summer festival and second largest festival on the island of Ireland. Taking place annually across two consecutive July weekends in Dublin (3 days) and Cork (2 days). Average annual attendance of 250,000+ visitors across both venues. Established 2005
Project details: Overall project ownership management and delivery including event curation, programming. PR & marketing, social media management, talent acquisition and management, sponsorship, public funding application, site layout and management, post event reporting.
Event details: One of Ireland’s favourite summer garden, food & family events taking place in the Phoenix Park Dublin annually across the May bank holiday weekend (5 days). Average annual attendance 100,000+. Established 2005
Project details: Curation and management of the Kids Area at Bloom which is central to the visitor offering at the event.
Event details: Ireland’s first ever 80’s festival featuring an awesome line up of 80’s pop legends taking place in Palmerstown House, Johnstown, Co Kildare. 2019 attendance 18,215. Established 2019 (2020 event cancelled due to C19)
Project details: Secured & managed sponsorship revenues from leading brands working in an extremely tight timeline. Brand activation consultancy and management on site.
Failte Ireland Festival Development Workshop
Event details: Festival Development & Networking Event hosted and curated by Failte ireland. Established 2019 – Full day event 3 December 2019, postponed 2020 due to C19 pandemic.
Project details: Appointed Failte Ireland’s preferred Festival & Event Sponsorship Training & Mentoring partner to Ireland’s High Impact Festival Directors & Managers. Delivered presentation on Building Sustainable Sponsorship for Festivals & Events and hosted one to one mentoring sessions with attendees.

Event details: Across December 2020 Best in Fest were delighted and proud to curate, programme, produce and deliver best in class engaging and interactive Virtual Christmas events for clients including Laya Healthcare, DMG Media Ireland and Vodafone Ireland.
Project details: Projects included Virtual Christmas Panto for Laya Healthcare, Virtual Christmas Parties for Vodafone Ireland and DMG Ireland, amongst others, working with some of Ireland’s leading comedians, musicians and entertainers including James Patrice (Ireland’s foremost social influencer, RTE presenter), Joe Rooney (Killinaskully RTE, Fr Ted C4), Totally Wired (Edinburgh Fringe, Electric Picnic, Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway) and Jack Wise (Ireland’s most renowned stage, festival and TV magician and comedian).
Event details: Building on the success of 2016’s Best in Fest FUND Masterclass we went on to present Best in Fest ICON in 2017– a first time ever gathering in Ireland of truly iconic founders/organisers from the Global Festival and Events Community – to share their stories and inspire delegates by charting their particular festival/event’s journey to greatness.
Moderated by Dave Fanning (RTE 2FM) and spotlighting giants of the Industry – including Michael Eavis Founder Glastonbury Festival, Harley K Dubois Founding Board Member Burning Man and Shona McCarthy CEO Edinburgh Festival Fringe amongst others – Best in Fest ICON featured individual fireside interviews affording conference delegates best in class content and thought leadership from founders and organsers of the World’s most iconic events.

Event details: Dublin’s annual Halloween festival (4 days October bank holiday weekend) taking place across the city celebrating the gothic, the mysterious, the after dark and supernatural. Established 2012.
Project details: Created, curated, produced and managed Bleedin Deadly – Ireland’s Freakiest Halloween Event, a stand alone theatre production running over four nights at the Pillar Room, Rotunda Hospital Dublin as part of the overall festival offering.
Company details: Established in Denmark in 2001 Just Eat has become one of the World’s leading online food order and delivery service now operating in 13 countries across Europe, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.
Project details: Best in Fest conceptualised, produced and managed Electric Picnic first ever Full Moon Party on behalf of their client Just Eat at the 2017 festival. The activation went on to win Best Use of Experiential Marketing at the 2017 Irish Sponsorship Awards.
Playstival with The Happy Pear
Event details: Ireland’s only festival dedicated to play for kids and their parents taking place annually over an August weekend at Dublin’s urban working farm and gardens Airfield Estate Dundrum.
